Bring a Friend

An active member brings a new guest, and both get $10 off that session.

Referral Reward

When an active member refers a client who completes a paid four-week membership, the referring member earns 1 FREE Personal Training Session (valid 90 days, non-transferable).

Travel Pricing

Measured per in-person visit from central Tampa:

  • 0–20 mi: included free
  • 20.1–35 mi: +$10 / visit
  • 35.1–50 mi: +$20 / visit
  • 50+ mi: custom approval & quote

Travel fees apply per in-person visit, never per membership. No travel fees for online coaching.
